WRAPS-

Whole wheat tortillas, syrian, gluten free wraps, leaf lettuce leaves (your choice) filled with greens, shredded carrots, sprouts, and mayo (or almondaise) and tamari dressing.


Additions can by your choice of tofu, tempeh, egg salad, tofu egg salad, hummus, tabouleh, or any other deli item.


VEGGIE BURGERS-can be made with limitless possibilities, beans, sprouts, nut meal, any vegetable, and easily gluten free!


FALAFEL BURGER-served on a bed of greens and topped with cheddar, sprouts, & tomatillo salsa.  (wicked swell!)

MUSHROOM STROGANOFF

Prepared with three mushroom varieties, roasted red peppers, onions, & garlic. Tofu is the 'cream' base, though you'd never know it!  Any type pasta is available.


ROASTED EGGPLANT AND POLENTA LASAGNA

Prepared with ricotta, mozarella, parmesan, and sharp provolone cheeses.  Can also be prepared gluten free.


"RAW" LASAGNA-'pasta' is made of thinly sliced zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, mushrooms.  The cheese portion is made from cashews blended with Italian spices and nutritional yeast.   The 'parm' on top is simply Brazil nuts, nutritional yeast, & Himalayan pink salt.  SO flavorful, you won't be disappointed...




This is just a small example of the foods that will be available at Sarabellas.  The combinations for juices, smoothies, soups, etc. are limitless!  There will be an extensive assortment of raw foods, gluten free foods, & options for people with food allergies & dietary restrictions.  The main goal of Sarabellas is to prepare vibrantly healthy & delicious foods.  Healthy food doesn't have to be boring & tasteless!  We have achieved this goal!
